Photos if the product is damaged or defective
2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is new, unopened, and unused
The original packaging is intact
The return is made within 14 days of our approval
For hygiene reasons, opened, tested, or used beauty products cannot be returned, except in the case of a proven defect.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us upon receipt with supporting photos. We will then offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the error is ours or the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Once the return is approved and the product received, we will issue a refund within 7 business days, via the original payment method used at purchase.
